General conditions

When ordering products from LP Images (org nr: 570318-2955)read the terms and conditions below. This means that you as a consumer approve of these.

LP Images applies the provisions of the consumer law (SFS 1990:932), Distance and home sales law (SFS 2005:59) and the data protection ordinance when purchasing from www.photoart.se.

Prizes

All prices are inclusive of tax. In addition to the shipping fee, no other taxes or fees are charged.


Delivery

LP Images delivers all shipments with PostNord. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days. In the event that a delivery delay occurs, you will be informed of the reason for the delay and of the new estimated delivery time. If you do not accept the new delivery time, you have the right to cancel the purchase.


Delivery to post office/service point

Our products do not, for natural reasons, enter a normal mail box and are therefore sent directly to the nearest delivery point (usually a grocery store or convenience store). All our shipments are traceable. Traceability may vary in scope between different delivery options. When your item is available for collection, you will receive a text message with information about the serial number of the mobile phone number you entered when ordering. Upon collection of your product, a valid ID document must be presented.


Delivery risk

LP Images is responsible for the risk of damage or loss during transport from our warehouse to you. In the event of a return, you are responsible for the risk of the goods being damaged or lost.

Payment

Klarna payment options


Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavagen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:


Pay within 14 days: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods. The terms and conditions for paying within 14 days can be found here.

Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna that gives the borrower the opportunity to pay off their purchases monthly by at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total amount of credit used or in accordance with the conditions approved in the checkout. Pay Direct: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account: based on direct debit and your account will be charged about two business days after the purchase has been completed or the item has been sent. The conditions for using direct debit can be found here.

Bank Transfer: Your account will be charged immediately after the order has been placed.

In order to offer a set of different payment options, we need to share your personal, contact and order information with the provider of the respective payment service. We recommend you to read our privacy policy.

Reservation for changes

We reserve the right for any price changes, final sales, printing errors, errors in product images and/or incorrect information caused by technical or human errors. We reserve the right to change prices and terms of purchase.


Open purchase

LP Images gives you the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your item.


Upon return, the item should be returned in the same send as it was in on delivery to you. The item must be returned in its original packaging.


To check that the product matches your order, you may only handle and examine the product in the same way as usual if you try/watch an item in a store. In the event that you have handled the goods to a greater extent than described here, you must account for the depreciation of the goods. Photo Art applies a complete decrease in value (i.e., the entire value of the product) if the returned product is not in condition to be sold again (such as new product).


When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return shipping. Before you return your item, please contact our customer service via [email protected] and follow our instructions.

As a customer, you are responsible for the transport risk of a return. LP Images assumes no responsibility for any transport damage or loss of returned goods. We therefore strongly recommend that you follow our instructions to package the item in its original packaging. 

Refund of return

In the case of approved and received returns, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods within 10 days, excluding delivery costs. In the event that you have handled the goods to a greater extent than described here, you must account for the depreciation of the goods. LP Images applies a complete depreciation (i.e., the entire value of the goods) if the returned goods are not in a condition to be sold again (such as new goods).


Refunds on invoice payment are made primarily to the stated personal account. In the case of card payment, the money is returned to the card (i.e., the account associated with the card) with which you made the purchase.


Complaint law

LP Images gives you full compensation in the form of a new product when a manufacturing defect has been found. It is important to examine the product carefully when it arrives. If a product is damaged or otherwise faulty when arriving, a complaint (if possible) should be made within 7 days of receipt. If a dispute arises, we always follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. Contact customer service if you want to advertise your product.

Personal data & integrity

All personal data processing takes place in accordance with the data protection regulation (also called GDPR according to the EU regulation General Data Protection Regulation). The data controller is LP Images(org. No 570318-2955 ). Klarna will collect personal information about you in connection with payment. Klarna is thus the data controller for such personal data in accordance with Klarna's terms and conditions.


By accepting LP Images terms and conditions (at the time of purchase), you agree that your information is saved, in order to process your order and complete the purchase, facilitate future purchases, and, enable updating of your order status, enable targeted marketing from LP Images, by e-mail, text message and other channels based on your previous purchases or use of LP Images channels.


LP Images will share the personal data with our shipping companies and third party logisticians required to complete and deliver an order. When you as a customer choose to email us, your email address and email history will be saved to make it possible to follow up and answer a case.


We only save personal data for as long as necessary, after which it is deleted. If the data is incomplete, incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it be corrected or deleted. You can also withdraw your consent to receive offers at any time.

Attempted fraud

All fraud attempts are reported to the police.


Age limit when ordering

The minimum age to shop at Photo Art is 16 years. For persons under the age of 16, orders may only be placed through the care of the parent (or guardian). The order must then be placed in the parent's own name. If you are under 18 years of age (i.e., a minor), you will need the consent of your parent (or guardian).


Complaints board

LP Images always follows the recommendations of the general complaints board.

Force Majeure's

LP Images is not responsible for delayed performance (including delivery and warranty measures) caused by circumstances beyond the control of LP Images. Examples of circumstances beyond the control of LP Images are - without constituting a complete list - labour conflict, power outages, lightning strikes, fire, atmospheric disturbances, legal orders, government action, war event, strike or similar circumstance, and, any power outages, disruptions to web hosting/server hosting where Photo Art is located and/or delays due to. Internet-connected networks, etc.
